Hope One Walk on the open road across America

The Journey

3,000+ miles.
One mission.

Beginning January 4, 2027, Hope One Walk will travel from Santa Monica, California to New York City — connecting survivors, honoring heroes, and bringing hope to communities across America.

A Journey With Purpose

Hope moves when people come together.

Hope One Walk is more than walking from coast to coast. It is a nationwide mission to connect burn survivors, families, burn centers, healthcare professionals, first responders, and communities through one shared purpose: ensuring that no burn survivor ever feels alone.

Over approximately six months, Corey Halstead will walk an average of 20 to 25 miles each day while visiting hospitals, burn centers, fire departments, community organizations, and survivor support events throughout the United States.
